instruments which form the structure for the National Certification assessment system and to write a number of learning guides on the safe operation of specific industrial plant. This

Department of Mineral Resources to develop and deliver a training package for Mines Inspectors on the provisions of the OHS Act and

“Workplace Safety Kit and a plain English guide to Risk Management at Work. Both publications are the centrepiece of WorkCover's program of assistance for employers to help them
understand and meet their obligations under new OHS Regulation 2001. WorkCover NSW

Engaged to
develop and implemented training package in new OHS Act 2000 and OHS Regulation
2001 for WorkCover inspectors.
Aim of training was to alert inspectors to new provisions and new risk management approach to enforcement. As part of this training conceptualised and developed the “OHS
Regulation Pocketbook”, a simple guide to the Regulation which can be easily accessed by inspector’s.
